YouTube isn’t live. Free services will usually make a claim to own your content. Free services will place ads on your content. No guarantees.

What do my viewers need in order to watch our event?
The majority of our customers choose flash, so for them, nothing more than a web browser with a flash plugin is needed.

How large of an event can I have?
We can handle events of just about any size. If we think it’s too big a job for us, we’ll let you know.

Will our viewers see any ads?
No, not unless they’re part of your website, or something you send over as part of your video content.

Will our viewers know we’re a customer of MemonCorp Media?
No, unless you tell them.

What’s the quality of the video MemonCorp Media will broadcast for us?
Depends on the bandwidth and encoding quality. These are both factors you choose. We can run from standard definition all the way to HD.

Can MemonCorp Media secure our video for us?
Yes, but you’ll need to help us.

Can I put text or pictures on the screen?
Sure, but it does require some extra steps.

Can I broadcast my PowerPoint slides, along side of my video?
Sure, but it does require some extra steps.

What commitment do I make to MemonCorp Media to get these great prices?
There is no commitment. You can purchase either a one-time event or a subscription for have recurring events.

If for some reason, I’m unsatisfied with broadcasting of our event, what happens next?
If you run in a problem which wasn’t picked up as part of your demo, which was a result of something we didn’t do right, we’ll either refund your event fee, or give you a discount on your next event. We’ve never had to do this, but we’ll take the steps to make things right for you.
